The African Women for Change Network (AfNet) is excited to invite you to the 2025 Women's Leadership Conference, taking place from September 8th to 13th, 2025 in Columbus, Ohio. This year’s theme, “Well-being & Resilience: Prioritizing Women’s Mental and Physical Health,” highlights the urgent need to center wellness in the movement for gender equality and leadership.

The conference will bring together African women leaders, activists, professionals, and allies from across the globe to engage in powerful conversations, healing sessions, skill-building workshops, and networking opportunities. Together, we’ll explore how mental and physical well-being can fuel transformative leadership and collective action.
